Taormina, first star of White Lotus 2 filming

The tour will start from beautiful Taormina , since, most of the scenes of White Lotus 2 were filmed there and at the legendary five-star San Domenico Palace Hotel, where several famous figures such as Oscar Wilde, Sophia Loren and many others stayed in the past.

The day will captivate you with a tour of discovery of Taormina with its medieval-looking villages, colors, scents and Mediterranean landscapes.

A visit to Giardini Naxos, another filming location, will not be missed, continuing with a boat ride to Isola Bella, to enjoy its spectacular maritime atmosphere and typical Mediterranean eateries, such as the Michelin-starred Principe Cerami or Otto Geleng.

Noto, visit on the second day of the White Lotus Tour

The second destination of the Tour will be Noto, a splendid Baroque town, where in addition to its visit you will be treated to an engaging Wine Tour at the Planeta Feudo di Mezzo estate.

The day will continue by enjoying a cassata from Caffè Sicilia in the city center, later reaching the ancient monastery of Villa Elena. On screen, this structure represents the home of Quentin, one of the characters in the miniseries; unfortunately, the place is private property and an inside tour will not be possible.

Catania, Cefalù and Palermo ready to welcome you

Next stop will be Catania, where it will be possible to enjoy a typical local granita.

Afterwards, the picturesque Cefalù will welcome you for a stop for a couple of days!

Here you can visit the famous old town, the Norman Cathedral, which overlooks one of Sicily’s most beautiful beaches, and discover the route of craft stores.

Final stop of the White Lotus Tour is Palermo!

Besides being a pearl of Sicily, the city is famous for its Arabic cultural and architectural influences! It will be possible to visit the two most famous markets in Italy, namely, Ballarò and La Vucciria, where street food is often found today!

The Palermo tour will continue to the Cathedral, the Norman Palace, and finally to the opera house Teatro Massimo, where Tanya, one of the protagonists of the series, attends the opera of Madama Butterfly.
