How does the cooking class work?
How does the cooking class near Catania work? This is an experience with local people who will teach you how to make pasta and welcome you to their table.
During the class you can learn the art of making fresh homemade pasta. It will be possible to dig orecchiette by hand, gnocchetti and cavatelli. In addition, together with the chef you will be able to make three of Sicily’s most typical fresh pasta shapes, learning the tricks, secrets and ancient processes that have been passed down through the generations.
Once the preparation of these dishes is finished, it is possible to enjoy a lunch that will have as its menu the very dishes that are prepared during the class. The chef will hand out a certificate of participation and also related handouts of the recipes prepared. The class lasts about 3 hours and includes: private cooking class dedicated to fresh pasta, you are given an apron and all the tools to follow your teacher. After that you can also get a certificate of participation and recipes.
