A few kilometers from Syracuse in eastern Sicily, we find this splendid apartment in a villa 3 km from the Arenella sea.

Equipped with all the comforts just renovated with care and refinement (Maison Du Monde furniture). It has 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom, a room with two single beds and a sofa bed.Total beds 6 + 1. Each guest is provided with a set of bath towels and weekly linen change.

A large living room/kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster and various utensils. Each room is air conditioned. Free wifi. Outdoor spaces include a covered veranda with dining table, and sitting area, a large lawn with sun beds and umbrella. Pertinent private parking.

The villa is strategically located, 5 minutes by car from the equipped beaches of Arenella (possibility of agreement with an equipped lido) or for those who prefer them reefs ideal for snorkeling, diving or spearfishing. It is 10 minutes from Syracuse, 20 minutes from Noto and 30 from Marzamemi. Ragusa is just an hour away. Catania and Taormina can be reached by highway in about an hour and 20 minutes. 300 euro deposit, 50 euro final cleaning.

The fully air-conditioned house can accommodate 6 people plus an extra bed, consists of 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed 1 with twin beds), 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, outdoor area and indoor parking.
